Welcome to GoCELPIP (“GoCELPIP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.gocelpip.com and our online CELPIP preparation services.
By booking a consultation, purchasing lessons, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
GoCELPIP provides online educational services, including:
- One-to-one CELPIP preparation lessons
- Free consultation sessions
- English language coaching
- Digital learning resources and educational articles
All lessons are delivered online unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to book lessons independently.
Students under 16 may only participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Free Consultation
Each new student is entitled to one complimentary consultation.
The consultation is designed to:
- Assess your current English level
- Discuss your CELPIP goals
- Recommend a study plan
- Answer questions about our lessons
The consultation has no obligation to purchase lessons.
4. Lesson Bookings
Lessons are booked through our online scheduling system.
A booking is confirmed once:
- A lesson time has been agreed, and
- Payment has been received (where applicable).
Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
5. Pricing
Current standard pricing is displayed on our website.
One-to-one lessons start from CAD $27 per hour.
Prices may change in the future, but any lessons already purchased will be honoured at the agreed price.
6. Special Offer
Book 10 Lessons, Get the 11th Free
The promotional offer includes:
- Purchase ten standard one-hour lessons.
- Receive one additional one-hour lesson at no charge.
- Free lessons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The promotion applies only to lessons purchased as a qualifying package.
GoCELPIP reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotional offers for future purchases.
7. Payments
Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers, including Stripe or other approved payment platforms.
GoCELPIP does not store your full payment card details.
All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change.
Student cancellations
- More than 24 hours’ notice: Lesson may be rescheduled without charge.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: The lesson is considered used.
- No-show: The lesson is forfeited.
Teacher cancellations
If GoCELPIP needs to cancel a lesson, you will be offered either:
- A full reschedule, or
- A replacement lesson at no additional cost.
9. Late Arrival
If you arrive late:
- Your lesson will still finish at the scheduled time.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the lesson may be treated as a no-show.
If your teacher is late, the missed time will be added to the lesson or rescheduled.
10. Refund Policy
Unused lesson packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no lessons have been completed.
After lessons have begun:
- Completed lessons are non-refundable.
- Remaining unused lessons may be refunded at GoCELPIP’s discretion, less any promotional discounts already applied.
Refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible.
11. Student Responsibilities
Students agree to:
- Attend lessons on time.
- Participate respectfully.
- Use appropriate language during sessions.
- Ensure they have a stable internet connection and suitable device.
Repeated disruptive behaviour may result in termination of lessons without refund.
12. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, worksheets, presentations, videos, articles, and website content remain the intellectual property of GoCELPIP unless otherwise stated.
Materials are provided for your personal educational use only and may not be copied, sold, or redistributed without written permission.
13. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to interfere with website security.
- Copy substantial website content.
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Submit false or misleading information through contact forms.
14. Limitation of Liability
GoCELPIP provides educational coaching designed to help students prepare for the CELPIP examination.
We do not guarantee:
- A specific CELPIP score
- Immigration approval
- Visa or residency outcomes
- Employment opportunities
Success depends on individual effort, preparation, and examination performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoCELPIP’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.
15. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in that policy.
16. Governing Law
GoCELPIP operates internationally. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is legally registered, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
